- ➤ Helena's Crossroads Fitness is seeing a surge in new members this January as gym staff note up to 50% more guests. Trainer Dan Tessitore emphasized that small workouts, steady attendance, and free fitness assessments help keep members engaged & healthy. KTVH

Helena's Spring Art Walk: Visit 100+ artists in-person, on display at more than 40 business hosts from 4 - 8pm.
