- ➤ The City of Helena upgraded its civic center ballroom on Monday with a new wax-free tile floor that will lower maintenance costs and support more events. Facilities manager Bridget Johnston said visitors were impressed by the design (it replaces a 2005 star-pattern floor). KTVH
