🎓 Education
The Montana Stockgrowers Association is accepting applications for its 2026 summer internship program.
College students with a 2.5 GPA must apply by March 1 (internship runs from May to August) to gain hands-on experience in agriculture.
Helena Education Foundation secured a $100K Boeing grant for the Crosstown Robotics Coalition to enhance robotics programs in Helena Public Schools.
The grant, announced today, will boost local STEM education (providing new tech opportunities) in our community.
🏛️ Government
Montana National Guard troops recently returned from assessing Cyclone Ditwah’s impact in Sri Lanka’s central highlands.
They documented landslides, shelter needs and other damage that will guide upcoming recovery projects and boost disaster readiness at home + abroad.

A bank was issued building permits on a lot near Helena airport while plans for a car wash and coffee shop remain under review.
Construction equipment was seen moving dirt on Monday as development proceeds on the site.
