- ➤ Copper Dog will offer a new sausage-centered menu after replacing burgers at the repurposed Custer Ave drive-thru trailer previously used by Copperline Smashburger, according to the owner. The change will bring a fresh twist to local fast food. Independent Record

- ➤ A new statewide trust for school districts’ health insurance has been certified, unlocking $40 million set aside in 2023.
