Helena Civic Center may raise fees by up to $250, adding a $600 charge for ballroom audio and a $400 fee for lighting, with most changes affecting 2026 events.

🏥 Health
The Montana medical licensing board renewed Helena oncologist Dr. Thomas Weiner’s license in March even though thousands of pages of patient records since April 2021 showed he harmed patients.
A criminal inquiry has launched and families of affected patients, like Scot Warwick’s widow, continue to question the board’s decision—raising concerns over proper oversight.
