- ➤ Helena voters will soon decide on a $2.4M proposal that covers a tech levy and an operational levy to fund the school district's services. School officials say the measure is needed to keep essential programs running. Independent Record
- ➤ Helena Public Schools agreed to explore repurposing closed Hawthorne Elementary as a community center with a tool library and art studio during a Tuesday work session; the board also noted that trustee races are uncontested and three levies will appear on May's ballot (raising property taxes modestly).
