- ➤ Montana Highway Patrol trooper Alicia Bragg was put on leave one year ago for sharing a survey with union staff, and an arbitrator ruled on Tuesday that she must be reinstated with full benefits and back pay — the Attorney General’s Office confirmed the binding decision.
