Helena College now offers advanced machining training with new CNC equipment + a collaborative robot, thanks to support from Boeing and Haas Automation.

The program aims to help students gain modern skills that will boost their employability in the evolving manufacturing industry.

Helena’s recycling increased by over 3,000 tons (from 7,652 to 10,693) between 2020 and 2025, and city staff noted over 100 people dropped off recyclables daily at the transfer station while nearly 1,500 residents used curbside services.
