GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Leaders with the Montana Food Bank Network said the new federal bill could cut SNAP benefits by tightening work requirements, which may cause up to 30,000 Montanans to lose food aid while food banks already struggle with rising demand. Increased visits to centers like Helena Food Share show the growing pressure, and community groups are working together to bridge the gap — a move that could change help for people in need. KTVH
