- ➤ The Holter Museum of Art held a rededication ceremony Saturday for the refurbished Red Shift Rocker on its southeast lawn. Local artist Richard Swanson and executive director Christina Barbachano cut the ribbon—marking the sculpture’s new paint, lighting and raised concrete slab funded through the Downtown Tax Increment Financing Grant.
