- ➤ The ongoing government shutdown has raised concerns at Helena Food Share as many families will lose SNAP food support beginning November 1 while about 6000 SNAP users face rising needs. State funding keeps WIC benefits in place until November 30, although officials worry that infants may have difficulty getting formula. KXLH
