East Helena will host its annual Christmas Stroll tomorrow featuring over 100 local arts and crafts vendors — live performances, kids’ activities, food, refreshments, and a visit from Santa Claus will bring holiday cheer to the community.

The Montana Heritage Center in Helena will open to the public this week after two decades of legislative planning and construction—marking a major milestone in preserving local heritage.

The annual Bells of Covenant Yuletide performance will be held at (3 p.m. Saturday, Dec.

13) at 2330 E. Broadway St in Helena.

East Helena Middle and High School will host one of Montana's largest speech, debate and drama meets on Saturday, December 13th, where over 350 high schoolers will compete in 18 events.

About 150 volunteer judge positions remain open—volunteers will receive training on December 8th and 10th and may judge events from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
