HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A Helena nonprofit funded tourniquets that have been sent to Ukrainian soldiers fighting Russia, helping save life+limb during the conflict. The donation supports urgent medical care amid ongoing efforts in the war. Independent Record
- ➤ In early December, the American Cancer Society updated guidelines so that women aged 25 to 65 can use an FDA-approved at-home cervical cancer screening test by Teal Health. Helena residents can order the test online and follow clinician guidance to help prevent cervical cancer. KXLH

Helena's Spring Art Walk: Visit 100+ artists in-person, on display at more than 40 business hosts from 4 - 8pm. Start by picking up your map at Omerta Arts to win prizes, see two great new exhibitions, real artist studios, live music, BBQ + ice cream, then shuttle to the library and wander back (800 Front St.)
